We combined our painting technique of mixing paint to create a beautiful night sky to display our Matariki learning goal or resolution.

 

  

Class Meeting

Every Friday we run a class meeting where we decide on the jobs for the following week such as milk monitor and desk inspectors. The students run it themselves. At the start of the meeting we  go through the class meeting rules to make sure we show respect to each other. 

Cycle Safety

The year 6 students have been participating in Cycle Safety this week. They are learning great skills and knowledge about keeping themselves safe on their bikes.

 

  

Library Visit

Room 10 went to the library on Friday. We showed respect by speaking quietly, we were responsible by taking care of the books and leaving our shoes at the door and we were learners by reading and getting a book out!
